Mr. Joel Allison, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Baylor Health Care System in Dallas. Mr. Allison was chief executive officer of hospitals in St. Joseph, Missouri, Amarillo, Texas, and Corpus Christi, Texas before joining Baylor in Dallas in 1993.

Mr. Stanley E. Allred, Senior Vice President of Southwest Securities, Inc. in Dallas. He serves on several boards in the community.

Mr. W. Mike Baggett, attorney with Winstead, Sechrest & Minick, P.C. Mr. Baggett has chaired and served on numerous corporate boards. 

Mr. George W. Bramblett, Jr., trial attorney with Haynes and Boone, LLP and former chair of the board of trustees of Baylor College of Dentistry. He was elected to Baylor College of Dentistry Hall of Fame in 2003.

Mr. Bill E. Carter, Certificated Financial Planner and president Carter Financial Management. Mr. Carter has chaired and served on numerous corporate and foundation boards.

Dr. Frank K. Eggleston, a dentist in the area of preventive and restorative dentistry. A graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry, he served on the Board of Trustees and is active in many health- related associations. He is past president of the Texas Dental Association and the Baylor College of Dentistry Alumni Association.

Mr. Gary D. Elliston, attorney and founding partner of DeHay and Elliston, L.L.P. Mr. Elliston has chaired and served on numerous corporate boards.  

Mr. Ruben E. Esquivel, Vice Chair of the Foundation, Vice President with the UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and former vice chair of the board of trustees of Baylor College of Dentistry.  

Mr. Larry J. Haynes, partner, Ernst & Young, is a tax specialist. He is Director of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Program for North America and serves on numerous state and local boards including Southwestern University Board of Trustees and Dallas County Community College District.

Ms. V. J. Horgan has been involved in the energy trading and investment banking industries in various capacities since 1982.

Mr. Terry Kelley, Chairman, Dallas-Fort Worth Region Southwest Bank of Texas, N.A. He has served in various capacities with Bank One including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Southern Region. He is a former member of the board of trustees of Baylor College of Dentistry. 

Mrs. Carol Seay is an active member of the community serving on numerous boards and charitable endeavors. She was instrumental in working with the Crystal Charity Ball in getting matching funding approved for the DCDS Sealant Initiative, the Vickery Meadow Oral Health Project and the Southeast Oral Health Project.

Dr. W. Keith Thornton, graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry, general practitioner with special interests in treating temporo-mandibular disorders. Dr. Thornton is involved in professional activities that encompass faculty and consultant positions.

Dr. Robert V. Walker, Chairman of the Foundation, graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry, oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Retired chairman of the oral surgery division at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He has served on numerous corporate and foundation boards.

Dr. Terry Watson, graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry. He owns Watson and Associates, Inc. a practice brokerage and transition firm. He is a visiting lecturer with BCD in addition to being a speaker and lecturer at various professional associations.

Dr. Bettye M. Whiteaker-Hurt, well-known periodontist and dentist, graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry, former member of the board of trustees of Baylor College of Dentistry, former chairman of the Dallas County Dental Society and past President of the Baylor College of Dentistry Alumni Association. She was elected to Baylor College of Dentistry Hall of Fame in 2005 in recognition of outstanding contributions to Baylor College of Dentistry.

He was elected to Baylor College of Dentistry Hall of Fame in 2001 in recognition of outstanding contributions to Baylor College of Dentistry.
